       As Server Administration Team Lead (with 4 junior SysAdmins and 1 engineer), responsible for technical and interpersonal development of team members, OS Planning and Management, Patching (including ~3300 workstations and servers), Asset Management, Hardware Management, Commissioning, Decommissioning, Status Reporting, Active Directory Management, Group Policies, Planning, New Product Evaluation, Server Disaster Preparedness, LifeCycle Management, Documentation (including auditor and Sarbanes-Oxley responses), and Troubleshooting of all production and non-production servers, nationwide. (~600 servers)  Both led and directly performed work in these areas, as needed.  Tools used in this capacity: ADUC, GPMC, Dell OpenManage, Prism, PatchLink, Shavlik NetProtect, WMI Scripting, CLI Scripting, and others.  As a technical leader, guided and tasked a group of talented junior system administrators, distributed in three regional centers (Minneapolis, Akron, and Sacramento). These centers controlled assets in nearly every state.  Peers were: "Application Delivery Team Lead"; "Storage Team Lead"; "Messaging Team Lead"; "Networking Team Lead"; "Data Center Team Lead"  Was senior technical advisor to the National Security Manager.  Also administered via CheckPoint FW-1, IIS, and Websense, and any new technology that did not clearly belong to one of the other team leads, whose tasks were more specific.  Wrote a significant body of policy from scratch for Server Administration.
