  I have extensive work experience on Planning, Implementation, Providing Learning / Capacity Building support, Monitoring, Evaluation and overall Management of development of program intervention working with Spanish Red Cross in a partner with Ethiopian Red Cross Society food security , Humanitarian and development program Initiatives Project jointly implemented with the sister societies at grass root level for enhancing the livelihood of women and over all promotion of house hold food security and sustainable development at large ,in line with government strategy as well as donor ‘s standard and guideline. I have practical skill on project planning and management, implementation, follow up and Evaluation in a participation with the community and result oriented monitoring and evaluation tool, conduct capacity gap assessment for developing necessary training action plan and strategy, deliver effective capacity building and measure the impact of the intervention, report writing skill and documentation of best practices and success story. Furthermore, I have been working at Ministry of Agriculture starting from Agricultural expertise up to team leader and vice head of the Agricultural office jointly implemented with SIDA. Currently, I am working as Planning ,Implementing and Monitoring, food security and climate change project supported by Spanish Red Cross and food item distribution for malnutrition children and women's in Amahara Region south wollo zone in frequent travel to project area Jamma, Mehal siynte and Mekedela woreda in a cooperation with South wollo zone Health department and south wollo zone food security office.
