I had the pleasure of working with Terry on various projects at the CWB. Terry's technical and analytical skills are the best I have seen in any individual. Terry is able to learn new technologies with ease and apply them to solve business problems immediately. Terry prides herself in her ability to apply her skills to streamline complex business processes. In the most recent project I worked with Terry on, implementation of Microsoft CRM, Terry had to leverage both her vast business knowledge and her technical aptitude to design, code and migrate a breadth of information that the CWB has into the new Microsoft CRM system. Terry was instrumental in getting that system set-up and implemented in a very short time frame (less than 6 months). Terry dedication and passion for the company and her colleagues is unquestionable and demonstrated to me over and over again the many years we worked together at the CWB. Any company would be extremely fortunate to have an employee like Terry.
