Terry was an amazing artist to work alongside during my time at Obsidian Entertainment, getting back on the wagon of 3D environments. Having just finished South Park, it had been years since I had been in a modeling program and Terry's patient and inspiring mentoring was just the best. Passionate, driven, pipeline driven and raising the bar was just a few things Terry brought to our art and design team and Armored Warfare benefited significantly from the guidance he gave our team. I would work with Terry again in a heartbeat!!! He would be an amazing addition to any team!

Terry was a pivotal force in the completion of MOHW in a timely manner. Managing our team of texture/shader artists while simultaneously hands-on in the project, his resolve to keep the bar high and meeting or exceeding milestone expectations never wavered. His knowledgeable, dedicated, and tireless approach served as strong marker for those he mentored directly within his discipline, and all of us that worked with him on the project. Terry's approachability (under all circumstances), along with his willingness to experiment, opened doors to collaborate and develop unforeseen methodologies for technically streamlining our game's development process.
