I had the pleasure of working with Terry for many years as colleagues in the eSight Professional Services team. Terry was a talented member of the team and an excellent consultant, who combined his passion for technology with a deep knowledge of the company’s flagship product. I always admired the way Terry invested time in building relationships and his great rapport with our key customers. When visiting customer sites, Terry was highly skilled at identifying how the use of the product can be extended within an organisation which often led to customers increasing their spend on additional services which was an important revenue stream for the business. Most of all Terry was fun, kind and someone who always made time to help people.
