  Position involved the development of the drivetrain equipment for the Attack Class Submarine program. I directly contributed in the development of the propulsion shaft line design and equipment specification, and managed the requirements allocation and flow down for the sub-system.- Performed a design leadership task relating to the propulsion drivetrain of the Attack Class submarine project.- Developed a strong applied knowledge of Systems Engineering methods, through development of Sub-system specification (SSS) and sub-system design description (SSDD).- Developed the Functional analysis and External interface specifications.- Developed the sub-system inspection verification and validation plan (IVVP), and verification cross reference matrix (VCRM).- Produced and evolved Technical Requirement Specifications (TRS’s) for key submarine equipment.- Managed the technical representation of the procurement of key submarine equipment through the competitive tender process.- Presentation of the drivetrain training course to other Naval Group trainees.- Technical training, working knowledge and experience on key technical topics.
