I also assisted in the everyday running of the business development department, from direct mail, talking to potential clients, case studies and updating information for literature through to assisting in the running of corporate events. Within a couple of months my role was expanded to include being the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) administrator. My role was again expanded to be responsible for analysing performance data and reporting on it to company directors and board management. I gained a good knowledge or marketing and developed excellent administrative skills. Show less
