      During my time in this position I was responsible for making sure local PCs were running the most updated & corporate-approved software images. This would ensure trouble-free shifts for each user as well as keep the devices from from viruses. It would also prevent users from accessing areas of the machine which might allow them to alter or add to the current software image. I also responded to trouble tickets using Teleperformance's internal help desk interface. I left this position recently because I relocated to San Diego, CA for family reasons.
