During my time in this position I was responsible for making sure local PCs were running the most updated & corporate-approved software images. This would ensure trouble-free shifts for each user as well as keep the devices from from viruses. It would also prevent users from accessing areas of the machine which might allow them to alter or add to the current software image. I also responded to trouble tickets using Teleperformance's internal help desk interface. Fielded inbound calls - primarily from business customers - to resolve their billing, device, and service issues. This included: bill review/explanation and sometimes working out necessary credits, swapping phones/data cards/devices during upgrades and/or device replacements, explaining outages/network maintenance when customers are having service issues. Also did floor support for our team which entailed watching for frontline agents encountering problems resolving issues, then helping those agents work through the issue to the customer's satisfaction. I left this position recently because I relocated to San Diego, CA for family reasons. Unfortunately, Sprint had a hiring freeze in effect for San Diego County, so I was unable to transfer to a store or other Sprint facility. Show less
