Initially, I was hired as the Marketing Assistant or the "Director of Lasting Impressions". It was my responsibility to market the realtor for whom I worked as well as his clients' homes. The duties included: creating a semi-monthly newsletter that was distributed to 1200 homes, photographing homes, creating marketing materials for potential buyers of each home, web site maintenance, organizing customer appreciation parties & information seminars, creating virtual tours, and much more.In November of 2009, due to a layoff situation, I also took on the role of Administrative Assistant or "Director of First Impressions". This role involved: answering calls, creating listing and other documents, sending documents to various parties (other realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, clients, and the office), confirming showings, obtaining feedback, bookkeeping entries, and much more.
