  Our firm, BSB Design is a national residential architecture and community planning firm. I work from the Chicago (Palatine) office where we manage land planning projects from concept design through entitlement for tracts ranging from a few acres to several hundred acres. In the past, most of our client's developments typically include for-sale multifamily or single family residential components, our recent emphasis has been build to rent multi and single family rental programs. We also still engage in some mixed use, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects as well. Additionally, we provide ancillary services such as community themeing and landscape architecture for these projects. We also assist clients in the repositioning of previously entitled parcels to uses that are more marketable in today's challenging economic environment.
