       Working with the CEO of the parent company to develop the business plan for this new company. Focus was on obtaining and distributing unique products from throughout the world to direct marketing companies in the US and Canada.  Obtained agreements with companies to supply products to our new entity from Japan, Germany, France, China and Canada.  Working with only an office assistant, I was able to deliver three million dollars in sales the first year at better than forty five percent gross margin.  During our second year we added two additional staff members to handle the order desk and other responsibilities. We grew the business to six million dollars in sales at fifty percent gross margin.  Contracted to do consulting with a major company in France, Thomson Grand Public, to do market studies in the United States for major appliances and electronics. We launched three unique and major products in the United States.
