It is with great pleasure to recommend Terry Ryan, who served as the Senior Director of DC & Transportation at CTS. I had the privilege of being Terry’s HR Business Partner, observing his skills and working closely with him to transform our Supply Chain organization and shift the culture from a process-first to a people-first strategy. Terry achieved full operational execution by building relationships within various organizational levels and quickly rallied the right talent around him to execute vision. He developed the systems and integrations between our warehouse management systems (WMS), negotiated favorable partnerships with vendors, and engineered how WMS data interacts with all levels of supply chain, empowering his peer executives to make more informed buying, allocation, inventory cycling, and delivery decisions. Terry actualized the DC organizational design, ensuring upward mobility, cross-training, and fiscal responsibility while giving his leaders the data and tools to own their business performance. He identified a new leadership team and leveraged his empowering personality to develop and mentor his new managers. In return, his leadership team overhauled many processes, including training, onboarding, and workforce management strategies.
