  Began my career working on the shop floor as an operator and worked my way into a Supervisor Role taking on the responsibilities of overseeing up to 30 employees on a asphalt roofing line. My last years were filling in for the Production Superintendent and working with the other supervisor's to hit production goals along with safety and quality.
