I head up the Corporate Services Team, which manages structures and SPVs for local and international clients. We help clients establish and structure companies and other legal entities and we provide fiduciary and administration services to those entities once set up. We provide a full suite of services to our clients from the provision of directors and company secretarial support to the preparation of accounts and auditing services and the operation of payroll and employee benefit solutions.
