He is the first point of contact for command staff as well as site supervisors, to ensure each state’s needs are being met according to established deliverables and timelines. Assist in training site officers on effective utilization of site equipment and software. Serves as HELP’s lead staff to the Operations Oversight Committee and in that capacity, coordinate all new site and weigh-in-motion (WIM) requests from various states.
