In order to manage the expanding design illustration and drawing requirements of my department, I expanded my staff by enlisting several design consulting firms for the execution of design concepts including hand drawn illustrations, modification of SketchUp generated images, Photoshop manipulated illustrations and 3D model generated images. Managed the conceptual architectural design direction for the renovation and revitalization of many of the retail and mixed-use center in the portfolio of 450+ properties in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Managed the production of marketing site plans and the generation of new development site plans facilitating new lease deals, conceptual tenant layouts, floor plans, LOD's and lease exhibits. Headquarters Building - Beachwood OH Senior Designer for the façade scheme, floor plan and site plan development for this 177,000 SF building using AutoCAD generated drawings, hand drawn illustrations and 3D model images coordinated through an international 3D design consultant. The Shops at White Oak Village - Richmond VA Senior Designer for the new 930,000 SF retail development on a 135 acre site featuring generous green spaces and a creative 'city center' streetscape.
