Inder Jarial
I had the opportunity to work with Terry from 2005 to 2007 at Hologic, formerly Suros Surgical Systems. Terry was the Engineer responsible for the development of the Celero breast biopsy device which is used specifically under ultrasound guidance. Terry’s unique ability to understand and translate customer needs into design requirements and elegant solutions was instrumental in the launch and success of the Celero device product. Terry was able to develop a device that provided superior clinical benefits which was rapidly adopted by clinicians. The Celero biopsy device accounts for a significant portion of revenue for Hologic and continues to grow market share. Terry led all efforts in the development and launch of this product and was a pleasure to work with. Terry has my full endorsement and I would highly recommend him as an employee as he would bring value to any organization.
