Harley-Davidson of Hong Kong is the official H-D dealer in Hong Kong, selling and maintaining Harley's across the HK main land and Islands. Caring for imported bikes and building Custom bikes with the only Master Tech In all of the Chinese RegionsIn my new role I will oversee both the Service and the Parts departments, ensuring these departments run efficiently to increase sales and the customers experience at the new Centre. This requires setting up the protocols for each department, so they run smoothly and train staff to meet the high standards asked by Harley-Davidson and our customers. Using HDU so staff are up to date with the latest information and running the Warranty & Recall part of the centre to ensure all bikes are road worthy and faults are fixed quickly. Part of my job is to aid the companies partners in setting up the new H-D dealership which will replace the centre, again ensuring the parts and service teams are trained but also aid in setting up the new GM, online and Sales departments so they are ready when the dealership opens.

In my new role I will continue to run the Workshop as a Service Manager, but take on the role as Aftersales Manager to over see the parts department in stock control and merchandising. As well as aiding the Parts Manager with their duties on increasing in-store and customer ordering, we work closely with the Sales team to increase new add on sales and run Tool Box events for our customers .

My role as Service Manager requires me to over see the service team, making sure each technician if fully prepared for every job with the correct parts, tools and information to complete their tasks efficiently and correctly to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with the service advisor to ensure communication with customers on required or completed work is carried out swiftly, so customers have their Harley back on the road as soon as possible. As well as using software to inform customers when routine maintenance is required or aid in building their dream custom bike or modifications.My role also requires me to work with my team and other departments to constantly improve our operations to ensure the dealership runs at the highest standard.

Warr's was appointed as an official Harley-Davidson® dealer way back in 1924 and has been selling, servicing and providing parts and accessories for Harley-Davidsons for over 90 years, making it Europe's longest serving, biggest selling and most experienced Harley-Davidson® dealers.As an aftersales specialist part of my role is dealing with customer enquiries and orders from over the counter, phone, online and emails for the parts and clothing departments. Ordering parts and clothing from H-D as well as aftermarket suppliers, this also means importing and exporting across the globe. I work closely with the Custom builder with his bespoke Harley-Davidsons, supplying and importing parts as well as dealing with the logistics of sending parts for painting and fabrication, this requires collecting and delivering bikes using the company van in the London and South east area. My duties also include merchandising, stock control and cleaning of the showroom and store room, I also ran a monthly stand at the Ace Cafe plus other HOG events.

Inmoto is a motorcycle multi-dealership for Ducati, KTM, Kawasaki, Aprilia, Motor Guzzi, Piaggio, Vespa and Gilera. Delegate jobs to technicians dependent on skill set and deal with warranty issues with the manufacturers.This also included working with sales teams to ensure new and used bikes were ready for collection on time in good condition.
