  UK Football Trials is the largest football trials company in the world with over 160,000 players on their database. Aspiring footballers from all over the world are given the chance to play in front of scouts from the Premier League to Semi Professional Football. My job as Bookings Manager is extremely varied but includes the following; I am the first line of enquiry for new and old customers. I am the link between the customer and the operations team at head office. Replying to emails, handling booking enquiries and talking on the phone, ensuring our customers have the very best service and fully understand what is involved when they book our five day camps and one day trials. What I say needs to be the truth as it could be that someones dream could be reality after the trial and I need to inform them of exactly what is involved. My job is also to sell our one day trials and 5 day camps in a professional manner, ensuring that we offer a World Class service as all times and fully maintain our high standards.   My responsibilities included on site opening sales for 13 centres in the UK, Amsterdam and Dublin. Each 5 a side football centre had a minimum target of 100 League teams as an opening base. This target was achieved around 80 % of the time. Key centre openings included Wembley, Shoreditch, Enfield, Sunbury, Leeds Central, Cardiff and Milton Keynes. The other main aspects of my job included working on under performing centres to increase revenue as well as staff sales training for all branches in house and via web ex.
