Terry is hands down the best leader I've ever worked for. He is masterful at leading a team and empowering everyone according to their skill level. He builds excellence and his team trusts him...trusts his vision. He always has a vision of the future and he "sells" that vision to the team. Terry is confident and inspires his team to reach new heights. At the same time, he is imaginative implementing changes in his thinking, plans, and methods as necessary to reach new and better goals. What I admire most about Terry as a leader are his fair-mindedness and courage.
