I joined a small 5 person Managed Service IT firm looking to rapidly grow by jumping in alongside the founder and rolling up my sleeves in all facets of the business. From leading operations to working as vCIO with clients to handling HR challenges, I got to do it all. Over the years, the founder and I grew the firm to over 30 staff, acquired 3 IT companies, and opened a branch office in the San Francisco bay area.
