  At present I am responsible for leading a team of professionals who carry out all preventative maintenance, service, overhaul and repairs of all workshop and field equipment owned by my department. These cover mechanical, pneumatic, process valve actuation , electrical and hydraulic disciplines of which I have attained a high level of success. I am also charged with providing the best work atmosphere and opportunity to encourage safety, growth & development, well-being and professionalism among all my team members. I organize all annual schedules and unplanned work for my section and use experience, tech-skill and information to solve all problems on which hinges other sections targets.(Started in the NGC as a technician I and have worked in all sections of my previous department.
