I managed the contract and provided oversight for services Terrie provided as Testing Manager for an Oregon Employment Department migration of three individual UI call center systems and data centers to a highly available single Cisco VOIP system (UCCE). We brought Terrie into the test manager role late in the project. She hit the ground running, quickly completing a Master Test Plan and several subsidiary plans. She coordinated the efforts by multiple internal IT staff and external contractors for unit, integration, systems, stress, performance and final UAT testing. She worked closely with IT management, agency staff and the QA contractor to ensure a successful cutover during a period of record unemployment claim volumes. Terrie's work was a key success factor for the call center implemention.
