I enjoyed working with Terri Vidals for a year and a half at Tri-City Medical Center, where she was the medication safety officer and manager of pharmacy operations, and I was the critical care pharmacist. Once Terri starts a project, she always sees it through to completion. Any time I had an issue with the inventory of controlled medications, drug shortages, possible drug diversion, etc., Terri always promptly addressed the issue and followed up promptly.
