  The Academy was established by Dr Tony Ryan the Aviation Entrepreneur. As founding CEO I led the formation and preparation of the strategic and Business plan. Full P& L responsibility and direction of programmes and resources. Following the death of Dr Ryan in 2007, I was responsible for achieving a ensured a transition and integration of business into Dublin City University core activities.
