Interact with customers, quote rope prices, availability and lead times. Update surface mining consignment inventory spreadsheets for meetings with customers. I lead the weekly and monthly consumption meetings with the customers that keep all parties up to date. I watch consignment inventory for auto bill as needed. Provide freight quotes and shipping times Order entry and allocation of rope, always dating orders to help logistics create full truck loads. Keep constant communication with planning to insure correct product is available for future orders I understand our products and can advise customers using the available product support tools. Check rope product as it arrives for back orders Review rope inventory, know the lengths we sell and notate beside each lot the most desirable cuts to insure maximum use of product on hand thus helping to avoid scrap material. I purchase all of the ferrule buttons used in mining ropes as well as our general office supplies,
