I have had the privilege to work alongside of Terri twice. The first was as a Recruiter on my team at UPMC and the second I asked her to join my team at Amare Medical Network as the Director of Talent and Engagement. I cannot speak highly enough about Terri. She has a breadth of HR knowledge and experience. I can always count on her to consistently produce quality work. Terri is always willing to jump in and learn new things. As an example, I asked her to take on building out an orientation program when she was just 30 days into her new role. She rolled up her sleeves and knocked it out of the park. The most notable thing about Terri is her likability. She has a way of connecting with people that is extraordinary. She makes people feel comfortable in her presence, which fosters relationships. Her ability to do so is what makes her so incredibly effective. I would without hesitation recommend Terri and hope that I have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
