My role included: Completing individual expense data for employees of client businesses to enable Salary Sacrifice deductions to take place Checking after payroll has been run to ensure employees received expense correctly Completing savings breakdown and analysis for each client Ensuring all compliance KPI checks for all employees takes place between payrolls to ensure eligibility for the T&S scheme Setting up new clients for the Travel and Subsistence Scheme Updating various monthly reports including Liaising with clients and sometimes their employees Creating individual reports at the clients request Preparing expenses and reports on Microsoft Excel and Word Producing reports on Sage 50 Invoicing all Cobia payroll clients on Sage 200 On the last day of the month creating and sending Cobia invoice statements When required helping with Cobia credit control Answering incoming Cobia calls Dealing with client expense queries Running the T&S employee helpline for our largest client OCS Managing the Compliance team, holidays, sickness and lateness etc Show less
