  Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate the Student Success Center and its programs. 2. Manage academic support, Early Alert System, and other collaborative support programs. 3. Maintain the Student Success Center Web site. 4. Train and manage center tutors; coordinate tutor schedules. 5. Develop academic support materials for the Center. 6. Develop/facilitate the FYE program. 7. Assess and analyze the effectiveness of academic support efforts on student satisfaction, retention, and graduation rates.8.   Duties and Responsibilities:1. Conduct dedicated Learning Support classes for SSS participants. Provide class syllabi and course outlines and develop and monitor learning outcomes. Follow College guidelines for faculty
