In short order, she took ownership of the product, met with stakeholders, and organized the work that the developers needed to complete. Terri is one of the best Business Analysts that I’ve had the good fortune to work alongside. She made working on complex implementations far easier. Terri is a good communicator. Her talent at distilling business knowledge helps developers of all skill levels understand the end goals of each feature. These attributes lead to better quality software and value delivery.
