Terri has impacted my life and career significantly. Not only has Terri mentored and guided me through a very challenging career transition, I had the privilege of working with Terri Marlett on the implementation of digital educational technology in Nicaragua. Under Terri’s leadership I watched as she planned and coordinated a complete educational transformation in a developing rural community in Nicaragua, an incredibly challenging environment. Terri’s dedication, leadership and commitment to improvement within the community of El Transito was evident. Terri is exceptional at managing complex projects/initiatives and leading teams. She is a servant leader, authentic and I could not recommend her enough. Best, Jeremy Roden

I have had the privilege to know Terri Marlett for over 20 years and have witnessed her work ethic and personal fortitude up close. I have witnessed her unwavering dedication to her family and watched her grow into motherhood and raise her children. I have also watched her grow professionally and have seen her address problems and then work them out to well thought out solutions. This is rare in my book. Specifically, I have been a supporter of Terri Marlett's NICA project for the last ten years and have come to know and respect her drive, passion, compassion, vision and execution. Terri is not only tenacious at blocking and tackling the daily deliverables but she is equally creative in the various roles she plays. She has been able to engineer around road blocks and impediments to create measurable results. This is a special woman with wonderful talents and easy to recommend to others
