Sr. Consultant for New York City 911 upgrade and relocation of all 911 Emergency call services. Responsible for Facilities planning and assistance with migration. Also provided some service to NYPD & FDNY in planning a reconstruction of dispatch facilities. Project Director for selection and implementation of new Datatel system for College of the Mainland, Texas. (2 year project) Project delivered on time and on budget including first time ever permission from Datatel to film all training for future use. Project Coordinator for Banner Implementation at Tulsa Community College migrating from IA-Plus to Banner. In 2000 was the project lead to provide imaging to the New York City Board of Elections. The project also included the creation of a backup data center in Staten Island. Project Leader for New York City Actuary Office Imaging Project in 2003. Involved designing and creating work flow processes for the Actuary Office in assisting them to manage the NYC Retirement Fund. Acting CIO for one year at American List Counsel Inc. of Princeton NJ.
