I was lucky to have had a chance to work with Terrence during his time at the Passaic Public Schools as he was working through some student behavioral challenges. Terrence believed that if he focused on creating positive relationships between students and staff he could drive big positive changes - he was spot on! Having worked with thousands of clients I can say Terrance is one of my favorites. Working with people who live and lead by example makes working through the challenges so much more rewarding. Our public education system needs more leaders like Principal Williams.

Nicole Ward, M. Ed

Mr. Williams has been a strong leader and an outstanding role-model for me, as an upcoming leader. His professionalism and passion for the greater good of education is evident in Mr. Williams’ day to day contributions. Most importantly, the children adore Mr. Williams, and he makes sure they know he feels the same each day. His presence is positive and appreciated. I look forward to my continued learning under Mr. Williams’ leadership. Nicole Ward
