System protocol/process assessment created to allow the billing team and clinical team to keep pace with increased volume. The TSOP Board was able to successfully pass legislation that expanded the state licensure for orthotics and prosthetics to include certified assistants. This eliminated the discrepancy for scope of practice at the state and national level.
