  ● Manage, supervise, administer and over-see the full spectrum of all Owners supply equipment, stores, Lubricating oils for 92 new shipbuilding vessels from mid-2014 to present. ● Since July 2017, delivered on time 74 new shipbuilding vessels from Vietnam, Korea, China and Japan shipyards according to these vessels delivery schedule. ● From May 2013 to May 2015 successfully managed and supervise all the supply and logistics arrangements for a vessel that chartered for an offshore project in Myanmar ● Work very closely with the Managing Director, Technical Manager and Superintendents on matters such as procurement of ship spares and stores as well as to best deliver the orders in the most economical manner due to erratic vessels trading patterns ● Monitor, supervise and provide assistance to 8 Purchasing Executives on day to day Procurement operations as well as for Dry Docking activities ● Review, negotiate and manage fixed vendor contracts for lubricating Oil, Gases, Sea stock Paints and Chemicals ● Evaluate regularly and implement work improvements to the Supply chain and Logistics processes ● Regular vendor evaluation and selection ● Contracting, Selection and Appointment of Owner’s Protective agent for our managed vessel port of calls ● Carry out Special Projects as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time. Since the commencement of the New Building program in May 2013 was tasked to review each vendor on the Maker’s list for each project and recommend selection on equipment and machinery for New Building vessels ● Placing out tenders and awarding contracts with the selected vendor for Lubricating Oil for the commissioning of equipment in all shipyards in the New Building program ● Monitor and liaise with the site team for prompt delivery of commissioning lubricating oil as required by the shipyards ● Monitor and coordinate with all vendors for the prompt delivery of all these initial stores and equipment based on the vessels delivery schedule Show less
