Tradavo provides a full set of services to the retail and hospitality industries. My role as a Retail Specialist was to execute the national marketing strategy to drive new business growth and grow existing business. I conducted ongoing training on Tradavo proprietary point of sale and inventory products and systems in major hotel brands in the US.I worked with major hospitality chain Owners, General Managers, and corporate personnel to create a retail space that is unique to each property using the corporate branding standards. TNG primarily provides magazine distribution and service to over 45000 major retailers and grocers across the US. TNG also provides full-service partnerships, from logistics, warehousing, merchandising and display manufacturing, to general merchandise, front end management. I managed the daily operations of 10 Managers, 30 Supervisors and 400 Merchandisers in 15 states. My responsibilities included but weren’t limited to, distribution and service of popular magazines to major retailers. Successfully led a team of Managers that over saw the transition of a newly purchased company. We acquired over 250 new accounts and successfully hired and trained new Merchandisers for each route while arranging distribution of product to our newly acquired accounts..
