I am honored to recommend Terrance Phifer. He's a hard worker, has a positive attitude and is eager to learn. I had the privilege of working with Terrance at UT Martin in the Instructional Technology Center/Helpdesk. During this time, Terrance worked with faculty, staff and students from around campus to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of technical problems. He was very capable of handling multiple issues simultaneously, adapt to new technologies and maintain a professional attitude in stressful situations. He had the opportunity to work with call-tracking software, remote desktop software, and other troubleshooting tools found in the industry. During his time as an employee in the Helpdesk, I was consistently impressed with Terrance's work. He is a dedicated individual. Given the opportunity I believe that he will excel in any environment. I hold him in high regards as both a friend and as a colleague. Best regards, Weston Gentry UT Chattanooga, Lead Web Administrator

Terrance was a GREAT rep to work with. He was constantly asking about ways he could improve his performance and was always looking for a way to work with each individual business. Terrance was the number 13 rep in the Big River region out of 40 reps. Terrance lead his team at UT Martin to 100% of their $50,000 sales goal and personally sold $15,927.50 (national average $11,400). He was instrumental in his team's success, but also had the opportunity to move to Southeast Missouri State University to help that team work towards their goal. Terrance was one of the hardest working individuals I have worked with, always willing to do any and everything asked of him, and would gladly work with him in the future. Any company would be lucky to have him on their team! Thanks for a fantastic summer, Terrance!
