Senior Project Engineer at Zodiac Water & Waste Aero Systems (March 2017- March 2018) Boeing 737 Max Airstair Project -Successfully lead the qualification effort of the AC and DC powered motor for the 737 Max Airstair to make on time delivery of the first production 737 Max Airstair. Motor qualification included DO-160 and Boeing's D6 procedures for environmental and electrical qualification. -Lead the RCCA investigation effort during design and V&V (Validation and verification) activities for with the AC and DC motor supplier -Interface with Boeing engineering for AC/DC motor design and qualification test status. -Coordinated with ZWWS quality and Boeing quality to obtain test article conformity and test setup conformity as part of AC/DC motor qualification efforts. -Generated the QTP/QTR documents for the AC/DC motor qualification. -Manager supplier of the Boeing 737 Airstairs AC/DC endurance testing activities.
