  Terrance A. Burns credentials include: -ASQ Fellow -ASQ Certified Quality Engineer -ASQ Certified Quality Auditor -IRCA Lead and Principal Auditor since 1993 Mr. Burns is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Burns & Associates, Inc. He has over 30 years experience as a Statistical Consultant, Management Systems Consultant and Management Systems Auditor. Prior to starting Burns & Associates, he was a successful plant and corporate level Quality Assurance Manager with Tonka Corporation, Ethyl-IMCO Corporation and Brockway Plastics, Inc. Mr. Burns is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Past Chair for the Richmond, Virginia Section of ASQ. He has served as a member of the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor Exam Review Committee and as an ASQ Subject Matter Expert. Mr. Burns has also served as a Board Member and Executive Director for the U.
