When I joined Contrast Security as the director of user experience, I met Terra, who was already on the UX team. She gave me her confidence, kindness, honesty, and support from day one. I quickly became her champion, too, and promoted her. At Tackle.io, I hired Terra again to lead a struggling design system effort there. Why? Because Terra is a consummate professional and systems thinker who easily shifts from smallest detail to the big picture and back again. She has a strategic mind and can always integrate disparate features or user needs into a cohesive product experience. Your design system needs her, too, believe me. Terra can lead and plan any design effort from mess to clarity. Her eye for cross-product consistency in small and large ways, clear communication, technical brilliance, and generous, collaborative spirit always make you confident that we’re going to thrill both our product users and internal teams who need easy-to-use design frameworks. You can lean on Terra, give her challenges, and always be sure she'll over-deliver. Hire her and be as delighted as I have been to work with the absolute best.

As a software engineer working to implement a design system at Tackle.io I deeply appreciated the clarity and polish that Terra's designs offered. Putting these designs to code was so much easier knowing that every detail was well-thought and intentional. Furthermore, Terra was a joy to work with as a person. I highly recommend Terra, any company would be lucky to have her.
