April 2017 - Present 1500 Page Street Apartment Renovation: Renovation of existing historic masonry building in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood of San Francisco. Conversion to low income apartments for the developmentally disabled, as well as community and office spaces. Includes extensive structural upgrades maintaining building facade: new footings and foundation, shotcrete shear walls, steel brace frame. New elevator, sitework, and electrical, utilities, and fire service into building. July 2015 - March 2017 Sequoia Hospital Emergency Room Renovation: OSHPD 1 remodel of active emergency room department at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, CA. Included NPC-3 and structural upgrades, upgrades of life safety and mechanical systems tied in to the rest of the active hospital. Successfully phased work to minimize impact on active departments and patient safety. February 2014 - November 2014

  Washington Hospital Radiology and Cath Lab Remodel: OSHPD-1 remodel of the occupied cath lab and radiology departments at Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA. Included cath labs, radiology and x-ray rooms, ultrasounds, CT scan room, NPC-3 and structural upgrades. Maintained infectious control as departments were fully occupied and operational during construction. November 2012-March 2014.
