Those companies are interested in growing from this people good developers in the shortest term. At Dev-Pro.net I was mentoring such people and provide suggestions to improve their skills.# Social network for educational institutionsThe project set out the goal to engage families with their child's school and education. So we have built a system to connect school staff, students, and their family members together. It has all the features that basic social network has, like groups, news, events, conversations, etc. Besides social features, this system has administrative options to manage schools information and local communities.I was responsible for the development of web and hybrid applications, and managing analytic tools. The most significant change I have done to the project is removing Turbolinks and moving pure JS codebase to the new architecture and providing a style guide for components that allowed me to build a dev-friendly environment later and bring lots of optimizations to the project like minification, DI, and code splitting. My stack at this project: Ionic (PhoneGap, Cordova), AngularJS, Ruby, Rails, Google Analytics, Kahuna, Docker.
