It was a pleasure to work with Terje! He is very driven and he always managed to surprise me by working even harder and exceeding the results of his past projects. He is a fast learner and understands complex correlations within whatever business he dealt with and he is creative when it comes to maximize the potential within the frames he is given. When he did ofshore safety he distributed it in four channels instead of one because he managed to find partners who would give him access to these channels for free -this extra work he saw as an investment and it turned out to be a good one -this shows hunger and drive! I can highly recommend Terje!

Dybdahl & Berg AS is run by Terje Dybdahl & Christian Berg. Together they work to promote Norwegian artists within the electronic music genre. I work with active cultural development to create a larger stage where new, Norwegian talents and established artists from home and abroad can meet and practice their love for music. This also involves club events, concert productions, sound production and booking of artists. A big part of the role is marketing, social media and promoting of events and releases under our record label Det Gode Selskab Show less

As brand manager I had a central position in the company, where the main responsibility was to plan and optimize the implementation of global and local campaigns and offers in the Norwegian market for their most valuable brand Betsafe.com, in Norway. This is for the purpose of maximizing the volume of new customers based on monthly budgets. In addition to this, I was responsible for preparing and localize monthly, quarterly and annual plans and reports in accordance with central strategy and briefs in collaboration with the media agency, PR agency, product managers and central brand manager. During my time in Betsson Group, I worked closely with Gumball 3000, which Betsafe was head sponsor for. I also implemented Betsafe's "Team Betsafe" strategy. Acquiring comedians and athletes such as Dudesons, Jokke Sommer, Espen Fadnes and Emil Weber Meek, Alexander Gamme & Petter Nyquist. Together with them we created several web-tv series that was aired in national and international media. For reference: The Perfect Flight Show less

As project manager at Mediaplanet, I was responsible for a themed content marketing publication from A to Z, completed during a period of maximum six weeks. This involves financial management, sales, development of a concept, building the necessary industry and customer network as well as leading relevant project participants. In order for me to be able to handle all factors in the project within six weeks, I had to be super organized during the day. This includes making sure that journalists and designers are properly informed, and that all articles and advertisements meet all quality requirements for design and text content, that all advertisements are delivered on time before print and so on. A huge part of the job was making sure the publication was financed with advertisement, relevant for the publication. Bringing in on average 50-60K EUR in less than five weeks, in a completely new industry made me one of the top performing project managers in the group. I learned that nothing comes for free in this world and you have to fight and keep motivation on top in all phases of a project. This was a tough sales- and project management "school", with high levels of pressure to reach targets, which I enjoyed a lot. Show less
