Teri Navin is a tremendous Product Marketing and Management professional whom I highly recommend. Teri was an early partner of Genesys at MCI (and later WorldCom), and was instrumental in setting up a very successful partnership. She oversaw the entire process of setting up an MCI-labeled product line based on Genesys, including training the field, developing the channel, and of course product marketing. I was extremely impressed with Teri then, and have worked with her several times since. She is a deeply experienced marketing and product management professional with a tremendous can-do attitude, skills that are strong across the wide range of areas that are essential in product management and product marketing, and she is very good at building teams within and across enterprises. I heartily recommend Teri!

Teri was an outstanding member of our team and an exceptional leader within our organization. She had a firm grasp of the current product set at MCI and a superb understanding of the inbound and call center market. This position required Teri to assume different roles as she interacted with a number of disparate groups including marketing, engineering, sales teams and customers.
