Maintain all the related booklets and necessary forms for the warranty packets. • Final Q/C inspection of completed unit. • Update the database with warranty information and customer information once the unit is sold. • Arrange small package shipping and LTL as well as transport of trailers. • RVIA inspection response reports. • Product recall response and processing as necessary. • Design or locate floor plans that meet what the customer needs. • Work with Drafting to get the Floor plan and Placements once the sale is complete. • Color selections and finalization with the customer or dealer.
