I have had occasion to work with Teri on multiple occasions. It is reassuring to know that there is someone who will help you get back to the same condition rehabbing an injury if not better. As an active middle aged adult, I don’t heal as fast as I once did, but I still want to get active as fast as possible. Teri is fantastic at putting together a plan to get you going as fast as the healing process will allow. She has a no nonsense approach to rehabilitation that works. I have seen multiple Physical therapists over the course of several years. Most follow a step by step protocol... Not much thought goes into their program outside of that. Teri has excellent problem solving skills with the knowledge to help with other physical limitations that may impede progress of the injury you are rehabbing. She has a large toolset that she uses when it may benefit her client. She is a great coach and is able to control those of us that may be a bit too ambitious too quickly. So her program is always safe. I’m glad I met Teri... I feel more secure about being active knowing I have someone that can help fix me when things go bad.
