I had the pleasure of working with Terhi in a project where we were looking into optimizing and improving the efficiency of SEM in several of our North Europe markets and managing this all centrally between the two of us. We created SEM guidance for seven markets and ensured they were taken into use. Me working from the Nokia side with the local marketing managers and Terhi on Iprospect’s side and their local offices. We managed to get excellent results fast by optimizing the SEM approach and improved efficiency of our SEM spend to be best in class compared to other regions. Terhi is easy to work with. She is also creative in finding new solutions that worked for us. I had a good time bouncing off ideas and we managed to pilot a few new approaches as well. I also liked the way Terhi was able to easily explain everything so that everyone understood even if they were not experts in the area. I would be happy to work with Terhi again.

During this period she was responsible for Finland of ensuring a smooth transition for advertisers, acceptance testing of all the new product features for Finland.
