As a tourist guide I was leading group of Czech clients abroad during their vacation, guiding them in the mountains/cities and teaching them about nature, history and culture of the country (activities: hiking, trekking). I approached individualy to every client, listened to their needs and at the same time managed to lead the whole group as a coherent entity. Huge portion of flexibility and coming up with quick solutions was required due to unexpected cirumstances that always take place during such events.
