In Havas Prague my role was to fully manage my clients and their social media - both content and performace wise. As a Social Media Manager, my clients were able to have full trust in me in providing them with the best possible service, strategy and execution. What was new for me in this role is taking a complete responsibility of the financial side. My main focus was the social media strategy, including the creative part.
