Village On The Isle is a full-service, not-for-profit, faith based Life Plan Community less than half a mile from the Gulf of Mexico and is the only licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community in Venice. As a Leadership Team member, I work in partnership with the HR Director in all HR functions, deliverables and goals for our community of over 270 employees and more than 400 residents.
